A huge rip-​off, $ 100 per hour of massage, and don’t issue you a receipt. The staff is not even a RMT. The owner was saying you have to buy 5 sessions together in order to give you a receipt. Also told me weekend price is higher than usual. She also asked me to prepay the next service if I want an appointment. (I’ve been there twice, first time using a Teambuy offer so it was okay.) I said I had to experience the service before I can pay and tip. Then she gave me some dirty look.
There are tons of good places in Toronto, watch out !

My first non-​restaurant review!
I actually went here because of a Teambuy offer, which was something like around $ 50 for two people’s worth of hot stone massage + steam room treatment. The regular price for this would’ve been $ 170.
First of all, a confession: I am a guy and I like spas. There. You can make your own judgment from that: P
The place is kind of well hidden, it’s in the Gal’s Sushi building and there appears to be no visible signs from the road showcasing this place. In my opinion, this is why they advertised on Teambuy and continue to need additional exposure.
We were greeted by staff that were very friendly and spoke good English. This is a plus as other massage spas that I have been to spoke little to no English, which my friends know is a pet peeve of mine. After changing, we were shown into the steam room, which is pretty much a sauna, and after about 10 minutes, we came out, changed into another set of bathrobes and went to the massage room.
This was my first time having hot stone massage and the experience was wonderful! The masseuses were attentive, spoke good English, and always asked us if it was too strong/​weak etc, the temperature of the stones were just about right and I actually fell asleep (signs of a great massage!) for about 5 minutes or so mid-​treatment. We got an hour’s worth of massage and it felt great afterwards. Unlike some other massages that leave me feeling sleepy, this actually made me feel refreshed!
The only negative is that, as with all other spas, I find the regular prices to be quite expensive. This is no doubt due to me being spoiled by crazy cheap spas in Asia, but hey, I can only report what I truly feel. If the prices were around 25% cheaper then it would get 5 stars for sure. Overall though, I would definitely recommend people to try it out, and leave you with this additional tip: I was told that on Wednesdays they have 30% discounts!

First Timers at this spa. My husband and I went for a couples spa ½ day. Place was decorated nicely and comfortably but was not huge, but did have a few different rooms. First we started with a 15 min steam room therapy. Only problem was we were not advised to turn on or how to turn on steam so it wasn’t really a steam therapy. (Rate this a 1) My Paraffin Massage was excellent and my husband said his hot stone was also excellent! Room was quiet and comfortable. (Rate this an 5 for sure). Because of the special on Unilocal we got a 15 min express facial for free! It was also great! (Rate this a 5 for sure too). Last but not least we got a basic manicure and pedicure. This was truly a waste on money. Nail polish also on my skin not just nail and then she went over skin with nail polish remover. I already need a pedicure… you can see all the dry skin still on my feet she didn’t get off once it dried. Better off to go to to Venus nails for $ 35 pedicure and manicure. (Rate this a 1). Staff was very nice and friendly. We definitely go back for a massage and facial but not for manicure or pedicure.

The experience was quite good. We had a couple massage and facial done at I-​spa. The massage (for myself), honestly, was the best massage so far. I was not totally into this facial thing at first, but it turned out to be very very good! Two staff there, they were excellent and the place was huge once u got there! We found this place online, and it was because this place has always had a good review. We had tried and it was good!!!
