I came across my Jenny (Floret) on Unilocal and read the review below from James and I disagree with him. I’m not surprised that his wife and him were disappointed because they literally gave her a little more than a weeks notice. I got married in June 2012 and Jenny was the best! She BLEW me away when she actually found the exact centerpiece flowers that I had wanted (the lime colour greenery) AND it was difficult to get in Toronto. It’s been 3 years now and my relatives and friends STILL talk about how much they loved the flowers that night. During the many consultations, Jenny was so inspirational, creative, dedicated, focused and professional. I honestly went with her because not only did she showcase her original photographs of her work on her website but she was really patient and understanding when I was indecisive in my choices.
Ladies and Gents, I hope my review will encourage you to go with her. As long as there is sufficient time, I’m sure there won’t be any disappointments.

With only little more then a week to look for our perfect florist to help us our boutique wedding. Jenny seem to be professional at first in emails but it was disastrous while meeting her.
She acted very arrogant and the body language was terrible (as if she was tired from a day of work) while knowing we were coming to discuss our flowers. Her tone was very demanding that the customer «know» what they want, something I find awkwardly ironic since that was the whole point of meeting and consulting but I can understand where she’s coming from (save more work for her). I expect some one like her would definitely be more sensitive to the mind set of every soon to be wed women (maybe not).
She lacks the instinct as to what the customer need and want. Giving suggestions that shows her lack of interest even more (something that really tick off my wife). Since we were running out of time, I didn’t care the details of her personality but it was a good idea to continue looking for a florist and studio that is much more competent.
After meeting for an hour, we’ve decided to think about over the weekend (meeting was friday night) and I’ve asked Jenny give me a copy the list of things we’ve decided on and give her a reply on Monday. She said she was going to email me cause her messy writing but the mail never came through. And I waited and waited… (no reply even when I asked twice. Silent treatment!)
We then decided and drove 2 hours in traffic (race for stroke) to downtown on sunday. Meet with these 2 wonderful ladies (I won’t mention their names but they are at Parkdale Village) with great sense and taste not just their art of flower but their personality is what best of them. Their work can be seen around the area in shops which defines their customer service is more then just being professional. Passion is what Jenny lacks and something that shows in her work.
To be wed couples beware. spend the right $ because your wedding deserves more.

My florist was prob my favourite vendor.
I am just in awe w/​her arranagements and her sense of elegance and love shown on every piece. Her style is something I have always admired.
She gave me a lot of reassurance when I needed it at some pt (good friend had a similiar centrepiece idea). Jenny told me no centrepiece would look the same even w/​the same flowers… and you know she was so right :)
On our day, I was completely blown away… It was everything I had imagined and more :) A little bling here and there… with my fav colours. What more can a gal ask for? I loved my bridal bouquet and same w/​the bridesmaids. All the parents, relatives corsages & boutineres looked amazing. The centrepieces were the best ever (yes totally biased ^^). We had 37 tables… 6 on elevated vases (relatives & parents table) & the rest in the shorter vase. At the end of the night, everyone took the centrepieces home! Guess I will have to make my own replica :)
Jenny also did the décor (backdrop, cake table, receiving table, head table) & the organza linens (31 in lilac, 6 in plum) for each table. She also added some subtle bling for me (backdrop) — smth i did not ask for but sooooo pretty ^^ I loved it!
I would HIGHLY recommend her :) She’s wonderful in every way & you will definitely be in good hands !
