We arrived at 10:48 on Saturday to buy carpet. Store was supposed to open at 10am and there was no one there. Lost our business.

Purchased carpet from them 7 years ago and had some issues during installation. They bent over backwards to ensure our satisfaction. Since then, we have experienced some stretching of the carpet resulting in bumps appearing. I contacted them twice over the 7 years and they came out, free of charge to fix these issues. I asked the management about this and they said that they will always take care of this issue, free of charge, without a time limit.
These guys are gold.
