Update on my review of this place. After my scathing review, Joel sent me a message to call him. I thought about it for a few weeks, not sure I wanted anything to do with this place. However, I did end up sending him an e-mail…really, I struggled with that decision!!! How i wish I hadn’t!!! I never heard back from him! So much for trying to help!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Called last night and was promised a visit between 4 and 7pm. But when nobody showed by 7:30 pm, I called again and received a call back that stated they would at least be another hour and that the charge would be $ 379, that it would be an additional $ 179 for every half hour thereafter, and he didn’t even know what COULD be wrong with the sink (his tone was rude, impatient, and implied that we were being a bother to him). Initially I was told that it would be a free service call. Today a reputable repair place fixed our problem promptly and at low cost.

Completely useless. Use at your own risk. talked to somebody in the United States first then somebody called me from Maple Ridge at that point they told me they cannot help me because I have no cash on hand. I am a condominium owner they demanded $ 400 payment. These people should not be in business

I guess you never know when a pipe will break and pour water into your apartment. So even though I doubt a Unilocaler will read my review looking for an emergency plumbing service, maybe they will keep it in mind next time something does go incredibly wrong.
I called the Vancouver phone number out of the telephone book, 604−736−1323, and after suggesting calling the fire department if it’s a major house flood, they came in 12 minutes flat to northeast Vancouver. Thank goodness.
The guy who came to the rescue was from this Roto-​Rooter, James Howl, and he did a great job. Yes, I have a hole in my ceiling, but the pipe was fixed (replaced) in about 2 minutes and there was no way I could have done it by myself. He was so helpful in that stressful situation! I needed an expert and definitely got one.
