They just care about money, being right and always having their own way. They’re only going to lose their customers like me who will vow to Never ever spend one more penny here. Enough is enough!!!
They always blame you and make you feel like you’re worthless. It’s a shame soon they will lose all their customers and I don’t know how else will nancy pay for her employees? Oh right she could sell one of her knock off bags. At some point, she started to attack my eyebrows and made me feel so insecure. She wanted to force me into getting tattooed eyebrows from her estitician «Magalie». They were 500 $. Her tactic of selling something is to bully you and make you feel like you’re not beautiful without it. She is very aggressive and wants to be in control of every little situation. She wants everything her way but unfortunately there’s no form of compromise. She’s a real dictator and It’s a little scary to deal with someone like that. I always feel robbed when I leave her place.
The thing that broke this camels back and drew the final Straw was today. As i finished my session, she spoke to me in a very condescending tone! She used my first name as if i’m an employee there: «Hillary I need to speak with you» um what!!! Speak to me? I don’t have time for you… I’m not an employee if you want to speak to me you pay me. My time is too precious for you sweetie! You’re not the queen of England for me to give you all the time in the world.
I decided to remain calm and try to cope with whatever stupidity she had to say. Unfortunately, she accused me of using my oil tanner but i had already changed it to a cream ever since it caused a big scandal at the first salon and someone fell and hurt themselves. Well if you would have cleaned the premises properly and pay your workers better then maybe they would care about keeping it extra clean and none of this would ever happen ;)
Anyways, i decided to switch my entire body recipe and go with a cream based lotion. And i still get yelled at … What the???
She accused me right away and I showed her to her face that I’m using a cream. Her bed’s glass windows become humid,. I guess because I am the only one to take 18 minutes and i was boiling hot. She told me i was not allowed to go 18… And then one of her other employees said I was. I can go up to 20. I just think she’s trying to give me a Very hard time and yesterday in the end she threatened to call the police if I did not leave the premises. I believe I have the right to tan the way I like for my own money that I pay! She had a very malicious evil smirk on her face and said: «you are not going to win»
Hahahaha watch me ;) you’re not a nice person and bad people need to be taught a lesson. You don’t deserve to treat people in a condescending way
I will even post her message publically to show what type of person she really is. If I don’t get my money back well Ill make sure other people know who you are so they think twice before coming here!
Bribing someone on private message is real low for any business!!! I am going to even file a consumer protection case because what i received here is UNACCEPTABLE !

Frustrating service. Makes no exemptions for customers and always pushing a sale in a very rude manner. Worse customer service as well as dirty tanning beds, never going back. Very disappointing experience.
