Levy’s Source For Sports

Normally there would be absolutely no reason for me to enter a store that sells hockey sticks and jock straps… but I was here, and this is my story.
My son is starting to play Lacrosse, and armed with my equipment list I braved the inner sanctum of sporty people… with whom I have no common understanding or experience… so it wasn’t unlike Alice in Wonderland.
The very nice young man who helped me asked if my son needed a helmet for «box» or «Field»? He politely noted the panic in my eyes and suggested that since he was starting this month it was likely «box».
They have everything you could need, and this helpful dude was able to help me with every piece of information I needed to kit out my little guy for his foray into the other great Canadian sport.
I could spend three more pages describing my trauma in trying to buy my son his first jock… but I can’t relive it in so public a forum. Suffice it to say that the brand «Nut Hut» is the best, ok?
This store is big, and they are specialized, and even the youngest kid in there knows his sport and equipment inside out. This place beats out any of the big box sports stores.
