Big Gary’s Vacuum Systems Warehouse

I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at Big Gary’s vacuums.
My husband and I went in looking for a central vac system for our new home.
We both found the staff extremely upbeat and knowledgable. Every question answered and every requirement from our end was matched and met.
Wonderful! We went in just to price things out, and we left with exactly what we were looking for but even better!
The quality of service given at Big Gary’s is admirable and incomparable to other big box stores out there. We enjoyed how personable the staff was from our visit that we recommend it to ALL our family and friends.
If you are in need of a new vacuum or appliance, Big Gary’s is my definite go to for all my household appliance and cleaning needs. Hands Down! Can’t beat a local family business!

One of the worst places to go looking for a vacuum, I have a hard wood flooring at home with 2 rugs so I was looking for a vacuum that does the job for me and obviously I do not need an expensive vacuum. The owner /​sales tells me «oh, we do not deal with cheap stuff, we are a speciality store».I asked him that being a speciality store you should be carrying all the ranges, he replies“oh no! we actually don’t deal with cheap stuff, my range starts from $ 200.Omg! What an ass! A speciality store where the range starts from $ 200 expecting me to buy one because I have laminate which I can clean with a swiffer or something. Big Gary-​go fetch some burgers man! There are stores that carry a wider variety and better selection than you. Retards too now own businesses.
P.s-he was rude and extremely high headed coz of his high end vacuums, the hose of which he can stick it up his ass.

I suggested my mother take her vacuum cleaner to these guys for repair.
Big mistake.
Yes, the machine got repaired okay, but they also stripped it of all the attachments that were in the front compartment and then claimed that’s the way the machine came to them. When my mother contested that claim they finally agreed to replace the attachments with some mismatched collection they had lying around the shop.
Don’t trust these people.
If you want to take your machine to them for repair, only give them the bare minimum – just the machine with no attachments or hoses – because that’s what you’ll get back anyway.
