On 360 Hair inc.‘s website it states «walk in’s welcome» however that was not the case when I went. I walked in with my young daughter and mother; the store clerk asked if I had an appointment and when I told her no, she seemed very uncomfortable (later I found out she had an appointment coming in 20 minutes later). I said that I could look around and I would ask her questions if needed. She asked what I was looking for and what price point. When I told her between $ 200 — $ 400 she said that wigs started at $ 1500. I pointed to a wig and asked how much that one was and she said $ 200. Bizarre. Anyhow she did help me try on a few wigs and did try to help me after she realized I wasn’t leaving right away but it really seemed that she didn’t want me there. The whole experience was odd and unhelpful. I ended up purchasing some good wigs from
instead.

I’ve ordered from this place a few times and have been satisfied with the quality of the products and their customer service.
Last time I ordered extensions they accidently sent me the wrong colour. I called and spoke to a very helpful and apologetic man who resent me the correct colour, which I received the next morning.
I totally recommend this place and will continue to buy extensions here.
