Silver Cove, you have won me over. After visiting their Rocktopia event in February, followed by a wonderful experience at K-​Days in Edmonton this year, I may have even become a fan.
Chris, the owner, is so passionate about geology, it is hard not to get caught up in it, too.
It’s quite fascinating to hear about where Silver Cove acquires their stock, many times directly from the mines where it is found. Looking forward to seeing some specimens from their upcoming Greenland visit!
There was mention of the possibility of opening up a shop in Edmonton this fall, which is exciting for us an hour north of Lacombe!
Silver Cove has an enormous inventory, much of which you can see at their biannual shows in Lacombe. I encourage crystal collectors and rockhounds to check it out!
