Leto’s Steak & Seafood House

Excellent food exceptional service… never disappointed… we have had a problem getting in. My husband loves the ribs and prime rib… I love the garlic prawns… and seafood

The service here was pretty good. I had steak and prawns and the prawns were excellent and the steak was okay. I have had better steak before. I would return to this place, but it doesnt really stand out.

We have been here to eat a few times. It is well cooked and the service is good as well! Has a fancier but casual feel.

Again, this was perfection! The cesar salad was a great starter for a few people to share and the lasagna is to die for! Sorry we missed Greek night this year (by one day!!!) We will see you next year for sure! Opa!

Decent food. Decent service. Decent atmosphere. Sunday brunch buffet is my favorite thing there!

This place sucks my buns. I’d rather eat chilli from Tim Hortons than subject myself to such torture ever again. The food is alway over/​under cooked, but either way it tastes like a box of frosted flakes that is covered in a tasteless broth. The only reason people eat there is because it’s cheaper than the gas to go to Red Deer for real food. Avoid if you have half a brain. #californialove

Hubby and I had occasion to visit Letos the other night to celebrate my birthday. We both had prime rib and it was cooked superbly, we were both very pleased with our food and our server.
In many places, the food is great but service is terrible or the service is fantastic but the food is terrible, but with Letos, both were great. Our server was a Cape Breton girl who could charm the birds out of the trees. Very knowledgeable about the menu and very professional with a great smile. She was a gem and added greatly to the enjoyment of our meal and our evening out.

Comes with soup or salad, soup was vaguely warm, salad was tasty but small. Service was good, busy night, but we got our meals in a timely manner, not sure about later as big group of 25 came in. This is our goto place when in Lacombe.

I’ve been going to Letos my entire life. They consistently strive for excellence in all areas. The menu choices are quite varied and suitable for meat-​a-​tarians and vegetarians alike. Chicken souvlaki is my go-​to.

Well now, who knew I’d find a decently new and well-​manicured lounge in Lacombe? Not I until I did a search for lunch and came up with this recommendation from Kyle G. Though even from his description, I thought it was going to be a seedy looking joint with great food!
Instead, it ended up being a good-​sized restaurant and sports bar. I sat on the bar side (it was pretty empty, but it was a weekday afternoon!). Sometimes, when places are empty, it’s even harder to get service. Not here, the one server/​bartender on for the afternoon was prompt with my drink order and a lunch menu.
Lunch fare is usually pub food but with a Greek twist. Expect to find sandwiches, burgers and wrap. but also some entrees like spanakopita. I opted for the grilled vegetable and chicken piadina (or piatina? something like that). It was a grilled pita filled with veggies, chicken, feta cheese and sauce. Soooo good! It hit the spot for a hungry wanderer like myself. There’s nothing overly special about the drinks… the usual big name beers are on tap or in bottle. I’d up another star if they carried some Alberta beers.
The bathrooms were also very clean and as new as the rest of Leto’s! Clean bathrooms like this in a small town impress the pants off me… pardon the bathroom pun.
There was a cash machine on premise, so I’m not sure if they accept debit or not.

Leto’s is a steakhouse hidden in the small town of Lacombe.
I was a little sceptical of Leto’s as I sat down, but as soon as I received my food I knew my scepticism was ill felt. I ordered the steak sandwich special and it was very good. The steak was served with your choice of potato, a generous serving of mushrooms, and a small serving of vegetables. My steak was cooked exactly as ordered and tasted delicious. The steak was a little greasy from the mushrooms, but that is exactly how I like mine. We received a normal level of service from the waitress.
The restaurant itself does have a lounge as well. Both sides were about half full for lunch today, but I expect that the place could definitely fill up around dinner time or the lounge would on the weekends or during a sporting event.
Overall, Leto’s was a great place to pop by for lunch.
