I think my meal was manufactured in a rubber chicken factory, priced like a gourmet, made-​from-​scratch authentic Italian meal. Missed the mark on that one — I certainly expected more. I guess they need to jack up the price per plate when there were only two tables occupied during the busy lunch hour, who else is going to support the full staff all meandering about.
Seems like I’m the last to know again! I was outside after we ate, for about 20 minutes and we didn’t see a single soul go into Rocco’s. Guess they were smart enough to look at the reviews first. Lesson learned! Particularly liked reading the post about food poisoning, will see. Did I mention we just ordered a Classic Burger and Chicken Parmesan!!! C’mon already. I asked for gravy on my fries, they didn’t have any because, and I quote «gravy isn’t Italian». Good thing they had ketchup for my FRENCH fries. Ha Ha Ha.
Anyway, I feel like I should make a recommendation: just don’t!!! To the restaurateurs: don’t let your staff run your restaurant. Try harder.

Absolutely will never go again, the restaurant was 75% empty, food took 40min to come.
Then found multiple baked in hairs in the pizza.
Food was overpriced and portion size was small. Disappointed.

Visited about a month ago, took my father there for lunch (no special occasion, just don’t see him often). Server was a younger man, who forgot our order and had to come back and have us repeat it. Brought me the wrong drink (asked for iced tea, got pop). Dad and I both got simple starters and pasta dishes for mains. My dish (pasta with a bolognese type sauce), came out lukewarm at best, after almost 45 minutes. Meal was subpar and bill came to around 80 dollars which seemed very pricey for the quality. Service was very poor considering it was lunch on a weekday and the restaurant was fairly empty.
Would not recommend or return.

Went there today with family, the experience horrible
My sister an I order calzone they drop my sister’s an remade it. Her’s look good mine was burnt which sat around waiting for my sisters to be re-​cooked my other sister on Caesar salad with salmon bacon was very fatty an lots of it.
Go to a real Italian place try Ennios

Its too bad i would give it a 0.0 but i have to give at least 1. It was the worst service i have ever had at a restaurant in my complete 43 years. The size of the portions wouldn’t feed a crow .The thing i would like to suggest is when you make food it should not leave the kitchen without the cheese even melted

Have to start it off that I didn’t have any experience with the servers or quality of service because I had it delivered. The rating is just for the food.

— Steak was decent but a bit too dry and tough
— Chicken Valdostana pretty good, but the sides were very small
— Calamari should have been cooked more
Paid $ 80 for all of that^. A bit on the spendy side considering quality.
Overall pretty decent, I will order again although not the first thing to pop to mind.

Staff is friendly but not well trained. Kitchen is very poorly managed. The menu looks and sound delicious, however the end result is totally different. Pizza is pathetically Blended with the topics which are not plenty to offer. Anchovies are one of the main toppings for many authentic Italian pizza and they don’t have it. The soups are from frozen and not authentic. The atmosphere is ok but that will be all.

Seated in a booth with 6 large adults. Moved to two unstable tables put together with no menus. Service was a slow. Reminded them we wanted our drinks?
no cannoli’s so 6 adults didn’t buy desert or specialty coffees. I ordered calamari fritti as an app Good, but my entrée salad was super small… Beware. I left hungry… we thought small portions and meals start at $ 15.00 and up apps were $ 11.00 and up so not cheap for mediocre service. I mean the wait staff was weird? The bus people kinda pointed as they walked by like we did something? I won’t go back… my husband was finishing his beer…

Food here was excellent, but the service was not good so I probably won’t be back. We were seated very quickly, but then waited for our server to show up for about 10 minutes to take our drink order. When she did arrive finally, no apologies, and she seemed to be more interested in what was happening at another table. Our drinks took forever to come, and then we had our dinner order taken. From there, our appetizers showed up pretty quickly, but one of them was wrong (supposed to have no cheese, but it had cheese and I had said when ordering I had an allergy). No problem, they said, taking it back to the kitchen.
Nobody showed up for another 10 – 15 minutes. Eventually someone came with our food, at which point we said we need the salad still. They apologized and said they’d be right back with it and asked if we wanted cheese or pepper. We said yes to both. She left again and didn’t come back for another 15 minutes or so. When the pepper and cheese finally arrived we were almost done eating. She had completely forgotten about my salad and needed to be reminded again, she said sorry. The salad finally came about 5 min later, well after we were done the mains. Same kind of delay for the take out container we asked for. Finally when we asked for our bill so we could leave, it took almost another 10 minutes to arrive with the bill.
Pretty good food overall, terrible service considering how many servers were working and how the restaurant wasn’t even full. I swear our server must have only had 2 – 3 tables at the most and everything took forever. I get much better service at other places with cheaper prices, so I would probably not go back here soon. Really liked the food though.

The food was amazing. absolutely loved every bite. Nice atmosphere. My only complaint was the service was a bit slow. Mind you it just opened so it was really busy. I exspect that will relieve itself with a little time. Definitely going back. FYI the goat cheese spinach dip is the greatest spinach dip I have ever had. Absolute favorite thing we had there.
Edit: went back again a week later. Service was much improved and the food was still flawless. Changed my 4*-5* a must for any foodie.
