I ordered five different vitamins and supplements from the online store. When I received the order, there were several different mixups — either the wrong formula or the wrong quantity. Apparently they are a new company and still working out some kinks with their software. It took some time and quite a few back and forth emails but the company eventually rectified the problem and refunded all of my money for the incorrect items. Even though it took some time, they were quite reasonable throughout the process. I am sure with a little more time and experience things will run smoothly with this company.
