The food at designer café is incredible. My absolute lunch favorite is a cup of soup and ½ crescent– locally grown pork and pear is my weakness! Sometimes they are super busy and getting someone’s attention to order is difficult and menus can be scarce! But the food is delivered quick, with a friendly smile and delicious!

Stopped in for lunch and had half a panini with roasted sweet potato, sliced avocado, chipolte mayo, cheddar and red onion. It tasted very good and hit the spot. This restaurant has a nice modern interior and a pleasant atmosphere.

I have been in a number of times and the rating is exclusively for the coffee… but really that is what makes a good coffee shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful but unfortunately they have not been trained as a result the speciality coffees are terrible. I ordered a latte with skim milk and the server had no idea how to make one… I gave him a chance but I should have run for the hills (or at least around the corner to the other café) because the mess I recieved was nowhere near a latte and not worth the 4.60 I paid for it. My advice is to steer clear of the Designer Café and seek caffiene almost anywhere else.
