Pizza Hut

The only thing that was good about my experience here was the pizza.
The service was terrible. We walked in a little after 1:00 and was told that the buffet was over at 130 so there was nothing fresh coming out. There was nothing really there so we decided to order off the menu. I don’t know why but the server was incredibly rude to us. It was just our table and one other its not like they were busy.
I won’t get into details about the server (she simply could have been having a bad day) but the service at the Merivale location is always great so I think I’ll stick to that!

Went there with my 6 year old daughter tonight. I was surprised by how empty the restaurant was despite it being a Friday night at dinner time.
The service was slow, but the waitress was friendly enough when she finally came around. I would have liked a refill of my drink, but she completely disappeared after she brought us our food.
She also asked me if we wanted Parmesan cheese on our pizza. I said that we did, she walked off to get it, and then took about 10 minutes to come back. I was half done my pizza by the time she returned. To her partial credit, she half-​apologized for taking so long.
I give it 3 stars because the food was served hot, it was tasty, and the prices were reasonable.

What can I say? I am a sucker for the stuffed crust pizza at Pizza Hut. Other than that though, the rest is all ordinary goodness, not my first choice, but hey– that’s just my preference. You best stick with their own menu options though for your toppings, or else it will get very expensive very fast. The service is okay, and their different meal options on their menus are all right. Like I said, not my first choice, but sometimes nothing beats the stuffed crust!

Horrible service multiple servers walked past us while we waited to be seated, patiently I might add. One server actually acknowledged us and said one moment then walked away only to never return to seat us.
Service afterwards was slightly better but still I think my visit this time would be my last. Food took too long to come out. I mean seriously its pizza and wings not some fancy rack of lamb. Oh and I will add as well we had no cutlery which I went and fetched myself. Wings came out barely warm. We only saw our server when something was dropped off or when stuff got cleaned up. I went through an entire meal with 1 cup of Pepsi cause she never came around to ask if we were fine
Overall I’m sorry but never again. Looking back at my prior review I may have been too generous with the stars I gave. I forgot how slow the service was. It’s too bad cause the deals and food aren’t that bad. One thing I will say is that I did ask to move which was accommodated. To her credit our server was friendly, when we actually got the chance to see her lol
Ultimately this was scored with an emphasis on service, or lack thereof.

It was my 8 year old’s choice to visit Pizza Hut tonight and although not my first (2^nd, 3^rd or 4^th) choice, we conceded — it was his birthday. It wasn’t very busy, but was better than we were expecting. The kids had a stuffed crust pepperoni and cheese and we enjoyed a Canadian-​service was pretty good, food was hot and other than the fact that the bathroom wasn’t very clean, it was ok. I won’t rush back-it’s harsh on the waist line-​but I bet my daughter picks it when it’s her birthday.

Did the buffet thing here once and ordered an in-​restaurant pizza once. Service is a little slow — they seemed short-​staffed on servers a lot.
Pizza was good. Their buffet is better than the one on Merivale Rd. This pizza hut also has a bar area, which you don’t find in most Pizza Huts.
