Beware, ripoff! This company’s lack of knowledge of Nat’l Plumbing Code is painful and expensive! I would not recommend this company for any work. Your home is an investment, don’t let them ruin it or cause you to pay twice. Poor customer relations and management.

My tub drain was clogged and I called Mr. Rooter. They came out and fixed the problem quickly. They were wonderful. They explained everything so that I would know exactly what was going on. I would recommend them to everyone. They are very professional, friendly and trustworthy.

Mr. Rooter did a good job replacing a diverter, handles and shower head in my bathroom. Initially, their quote came in higher than others, when I mentioned this they brought quote down to a reasonable price and the plumber was able to get to work right away. The job took longer than expected as the first installation included handles that were too small for the space. Thus, allowing us to see the holes in the tile. He had to take the smaller handles out and buy other handles that would cover the hole. All in all, the plumber did a decent job. I was happy they fixed the initial error in the handle selection. The cost was approx $ 620.
