I booked an appointment to get my hair coloured here a few months ago, days in advance. Once I got there the extremely rude hair dresser proceeded to insult my hair andtell me she didn’t have time to do it.

I was so disappointed in a recent visit. I had booked many treatments, waxing and nails. I was supposed to come in the morning. I was about 10 mins early. Started off well I was given tea, but then it was a very lengthy wait until I was taken back. And with no explaination — let me in the loop people. Why the delay? I’d rather know then be ignored… Eventually I got my feet in the water — 45 minutes later. And I was left alone for another 15−20mins. A young lady arrived about a full hour after I had arrived. She was very kind but also new. She admitted straight up this was her first shellac pedi. She didn’t really know where to place the UV box which resulted in a lot of awkward crossing my legs, contorting and balancing to make it work (the box was in her lap). An hour after starting the pedi was done. The waxing girl was also nice and that part of the apt went well and was timely, but when I arrived home I was a bit disappointed to see some areas that were missed. Altogether I spent ~4.5hrs at the spa, I didn’t get out until late in the afternoon. I was really rubbed the wrong way by the initial lateness, I was out at least a full hour after I should have been. I was also irritated because they made me put down a credit card when I booked the apt to «secure the services» but where was my security that the apt would be timely? Needless to say I finished the appointment feeling stressed out and with a lot less time to run errands I wanted to do on my day off. If I had another commitment, like a doctors appointment I would have had to leave without completing everything I wanted.
Note to staff — be accountable to your customers! Just be honest and tell me what’s up. A little bit of customer service here would have went a long way. Too bad you won’t have the chance to make it up to me, I will not be returning.
