1010 Bistro

Had a wonderful dinner!!! Lovely ambiance, excellent service and interesting and delicious food. Started with homemade bread and garlic humus — fresh and just spicy enough; then roasted parsnip soup with prosciutto and drizzled with truffle oil — again, delicately spiced and tasty; then a seafood tagliatelle with scallops, lobster and shrimp, in a rose sauce that was just right. Our other main was a pork tenderloin with jumbo shrimp and a raspberry reduction. And then dessert!!! Totally worth it! A new find and when in Hamilton, would definitely go again!
