Earl king the contact lens dispenser is a crook. I would not recommend dealing with him. He would not verify the dispensing of contacts because he did not want me to purchase elsewhere. I was in the states on vacation and lost my contacts and he did not care!

My fiancé and I had such a good experience here. The staff was so lovely and sincerely excited for us when we found new frames we liked. When we picked up our glasses the lady Aileen remembered our names! We felt very welcome.

For the most part, Vogue Optical Qunipool is just another glasses store — weird lighting, hundreds of dinky little metal and plastic frames for absurd amounts of money, and complete lack of assistance. The floor staff themselves were somewhat helpful, if not incredibly distant, but the manager is rather unpleasant on the phone and difficult to deal with. I would recommend the Barrington location, if you must.

Bumming around the city, trying to figure out specs on a dreary day can be a taxing task. At the end of my rope, I found myself heading into Vogue on Quinpool to suss out their selection of frames. There seems to be a trend in eyeglasses, one in which they all look exactly the same. The helpful sales consultant Tara, gave me the rundown on prices and store layout and I did some perusing. I wasn’t taken with any of the designs; they all seem to be of the same rectangle frames meets thick arm with bold designer details variety. However, Tara did help me out with a pair of frames that I had on me. I was looking to see what the lowdown would be on adjusting them to better fit my face. She explained the specifics and then at no cost, did some tinkering so that they fit me better! How sweet! Although I don’t plan on getting frames from this shop, I am very pleased with the high calibre service I received today. Tara was informative, helpful and understanding and went out of her way to help me out. It’s worth a look around at Vogue to see if any of the frames tickle your fancy. If not, you can at least head to this eye centre for all of your other optometry needs.

Recently I went on a glasses hunt with a good friend of mine. She was in the market for her very first pair(a special time in every ones life) and felt the need to shop around. I decided to accompany her and document the experience. Vogue Optical was our first stop. This shop is decently sized and bright, with a variety of frames in all manners of shape and size. The staff were friendly and asked my friend a number of questions I did not understand because I do not wear glasses and wasn’t really paying attention, but she seemed very assured. Personally, I have strange and kind of annoying taste, so the frames in this shop did not really appeal to me, but that’s not to say they were not a lot of nice frames, just none I’d want attached to my giant melon. They do have a great selling point in which you buy one pair of frames and you get a second pair free(you know the jingle!), so we very well may be swinging back to this location in the near future to pick up some new glasses! On a side note, I’ve already started calling my friend«four eyes» and I worry about how much longer our friendship has…

I can see! I only started wearing glasses approximately three years ago. It took no time for me to be surprised at how much glasses cost. But after shopping around, I really liked Vogue Optical for their deals, very friendly staff and their warranty. The big selling feature, the one in their annoying theme song, is that their second pair of glasses are free. So if you buy one, you will get a second pair for free. They can be a different prescription, frame and could be for someone else entirely. It’s a pretty good deal. The only downside is that you will have to pay for extras like non-reflective lens and all that jazz. Still a good deal though. The downside to the store is they don’t have the widest selection I would like for frames. Its still pretty good and every wall in the store has glasses on it. But it took a while to find the right ones for me. I suppose everyone goes through that but I expected a little easier search, not a treasure hunt. About a year later I broke one of my glasses. Their warranty was simple: go to the store with the broken glasses, give it to them and wait for the replacement. I believe it only took a week to get the replacement glasses. But thanks to the buy one get one free policy, I had a spare pair of glasses that tied me over. Vogue Optical is for the most part painless shopping for glasses. The staff are very friendly and definitely very helpful. I love going there because I always see smiles from the wonderful customer service people. If you need glasses, I’d definitely suggest checking out Vogue Optical and«see» if they are the best fit for you.
