I got to try a couple products from Cocoa and Honey yesterday at Halifax VegFest. I was thrilled that they were vegan-​friendly. The truffle I tried was creamy and amazing and the coconut caramel was melt in your mouth delicious! I purchased a coconut and rum chocolate bar to bring home and haven’t tried it yet but am looking forward to it! Big thumbs up!

I’m pretty sure the cashew bar is my new addiction! Seriously, the cashew butter, ganache, salted caramel and dark chocolate are amazing. I think they’re all homemade; the caramel certainly tastes like it. I saw the Double Bourbon Bar on their facebook and went for that… I’ll let you know who it is once I finish obsessing over the cashew bar. Find them in the Brewery Market at the top of the green staircase.
