Terrible service. My first and only visit was the worst. I entered and the clerk was speaking on the phone when I was trying to purchase cigarettes, he just looked at me and spoke to me in Arabic which I do not understand or speak. He then placed the phone on the counter after a couple minutes and then he spoke Arabic to me some more with some English then I asked if he had a certain brand of cigarettes then he opened up a cupboard and he showed me them. He then went on to explain that he could give me a deal on a certain pack from Lebanon for 7 $ he said«that’s a good price, and they are fresh» so I bought the ones he recommended then left. I opened the pack up only to find out that it was shisha for a hookah which I was unable to smoke. I went back and explained that he misled me into thinking that they were cigarettes as the packs look the same and that he recommend them as an alternative to the brand I wanted. He became very tempered and said he can’t do anything about it because he was loosing money and then he said that he couldn’t exchange it because he would just be throwing the money away that I gave him for the pack, when really it was my money being thrown away. He said he thought I was from Lebanon so be sold me the product, he made a judgement call based on the color of my skin\the way I look. He also said that he had told me that it was for a hooka when I had purchased them however he never even said the word when I purchased them, he was being dishonest. So after trying to either get my money back or an exchange I ended up having to buy the pack I wanted originally and he only gave me $ 3.50 back as a refund for the shesha I had already purchased and had no use for. I left the shisha on the counter and left very unhappy for my first and last visit.
