Victoria’s Pizza

During the craziest snow storm they brought us nourishment in the spirt form of a sauce cheese disk

This place has decent food but very disgusting service, i will be calling the ministry of health dept. I cant get over the fact that the cashier takes your money and touches your slices all the time i go there. They dont have ladles like pizza pizza or tongs!!! And the monent you ask dont touch my food they call the cook only so he does the same thing! all the customers dont mind you wait for pizza and u see what i am taking about. I stay there waiting for food and all the people ordering slices will pay cash and THE CASHIER without washing her hands (even if she did still not good) will touch your food!

Ordered special #2 from this pizza place while visiting Guelph and the pizza was late so we called and asked where the pizza was (50 minutes in) and they said it was on their way.
Shortly thereafter (7 – 10 minutes later) the delivery driver called and said he was down the street (obviously a lie).
15 minutes later he comes to the door and we pay and open the box and realize that they missed our pepperoni. It was a 3-​topping pizza special. We had ordered green peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni.
We called back and the man on the phone said we had only ordered the two toppings and that he repeated the order back to us with the two toppings. Me and my 3 girlfriends all heard me mention all three toppings while ordering. I said I had three witnesses and then he mentioned that most people only order 2 toppings instead of the three that are allotted on the special.
I was frustrated and hung up because he said we were wrong.
We took a bite of the pizza and it was cold. We called back and there was a new man on the line and he said that he could offer us two toppings on our next pizza and that there was nothing he could do.
I’m originally from Guelph and will tell all my Guelph friends not to order from here again

Sorry, but this place sucks. Soggy crust, over cooked wings. Quoted 25 minutes over the phone waited another 35 in the ugly place. Looks like an Oil Change place, sounds like a warehouse, smells like shitty pizza and fryer grease. They seem to sell loads of pizza, though. They had 6 or 8 guys working that night and most of them just seemed to be folding and piling boxes like 25 feet high.

Really good pizza and wings! The people here are always super friendly, and they have an eating area as well. Cheap slices for lunch and great deals for a meal.
