I did not have a good experience with customer service at Butt Out and Vape. I visited the Keswick store four separate times over a two month period asking for a specific ejuice flavour. Each time I was told that the next time they went to the Barrie store, they would bring some in. Never happened. Eventually I just gave up, ordered online, and had the flavour I was looking for in two days.
I had a problem with one of the vaporizers I bought at the Keswick store. I was told to go home and call the Barrie store, as the owner works out of there, and he’s the only one that can make product return decisions. I didn’t buy the product at the Barrie store, and telling me to go home and call makes no sense — why not call from the store and get authorization right then?
Overall it just turned me off from going back.
