King Pizza & Submarine

It is under new ownership now and doesnt taste as good as it used to. And it is too expensive and too much on the menu.

Just sharing our experience at Georgetown Oldest Pizza joint!
Placed order at 7:50pm on a Friday night for a 35 – 40 min delivery for 7.2 kms away. GREAT!
Called at 8:40 making sure the delivery went out.
25 mins later…
Pizza arrived at 9:05 pm.
Delivery driver had an attitude problem. But maybe he was having a bad day.
Pizza was cold
Wings were cold
Called once again, only to get excuses. These guys have every excuse under the sun!
The thing is instead of coming to a resolution and apologizing they just offered up excuses. Now I get to write out this experience and share it with wary buyers.
In my family’s opnion we are sorry to say but King Pizza should loose the title for being Georgetown oldest pizza joint.

Really friendly staff and great food! Can’t go wrong with this choice. Ordered a pepperoni hot peppers and pineapple panzerotti, it was good. Burgers where good also. Thanks for all the hospitality, staff really took care of us, brought a extra set of knives and forks for is even though we didn’t ask but needed them, extremely attentive. Will come back 100%

New owners are ruining what use to be a good reputation in town. I went in for a pizza and asked if i could split it (a normal thing that the former owners never had an issue with, just so you know ive been eating here for over 20 years). The new owners son said no. I asked him why, he said it cost them more money to split a pizza, that’s not true at all since that would be admitting to only half dressing a pizza in the first place and then they end up double charging you, that’s wrong and just greedy. I asked him if he knew who i was since i was a loyal two decade patron and he said yes that he did know who i was but that he wouldn’t help me and that he did not care. I told him that he just lost a customer and again he indicated that he did not care. I am disgusted and kind of saddened at the loss of what use to be a staple in georgetown food. Pauley the former owner would be sickened by this behavior. The only thing i will give this place in credit and the only reason its worth one star is the banquet burgers and poutine which has not changed and is still a good combo to get, to bad Il never go back.

Best panzarotti in town. They’re huge. Great service. Fast delivery. Love the party platter they offer. Great quick option to feed a group.

Double banquet burger with a small poutine, not only is it a some of the best food in town it’s also very reasonably priced. The turn around time is extremely quick from the time I place the order over the phone to the time it’s ready for pick up. The owner is extremely nice as well.
