On the fence with this dealership. First visit a couple of years ago we had excellent customer service. I would have given them 5 stars. The problem is however when I went AFTER they renovated the service guy tried to tell me my car needed 5−6k worth of repairs which I verified with my father’s mechanic as not true. He knew I was thinking of buying a new VW and perhaps was trying to make me think it would be better to just trade my old VW in. Also after servicing my vehicle here and stating I wanted to redeem their offer for free roadside service for 1 year I was given the run-​around and it took several emails/​calls to have them honour this email offer they had sent me. I am not sure if I will be back to this location again. I am curious whether any other customers have experienced similar shady tactics since they have newly renovated and are perhaps trying to upsell in order to pay for their new renovations.

They will take your money and next day you come talk to them they wont have time for you

Can’t express how helpful everyone is here. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting room is very clean with a decent amount of seats.
You’ll pay a little more for the servicing, but in my opinion I’d rather pay a little more for the customer service and knowledge of the staff than to go to a random shop where they aren’t 100% familiar with VW’s.
If you want your VW in good hands, bring them to Georgetown Volkswagen!
