I’ve been in here twice, although not for mechanic service. I needed some tires on my latest visit, and the man helping really went the extra mile to hook me up with exactly what I needed. Seeing as how it was winter, and bicycle season was a long way away, I asked for a discount and he gave me 20 dollars off each tire! He also threw in two free tubes! Wicked deal!
This store has a great selection of all things bicycle related, and has a nice selection of high end parts/​bikes/​and gear.
The staff knows a lot about bikes, and are all enthusiasts themselves. I come to this store because I’m serious about biking, and the staff are too.

In addition to having the best prices for high end bikes, the head mecanic is very good. He does not try to maximize the profits of the store; he tells you what he would do in your shoes.
Finding the store and parking is a bit confusing but that is a minor drawback to having good prices and selection.
