This place reminded me of the Standard on Elgin Street: a few burgers, fries are always an optional side dish, etc. The beer selection is very limited. They basically have six beers on tap(Cheval Blanc, a cream ale, etc) and Carlsberg in bottle. They define themselves as a tapas bar. I had the B.L.T. It was very small but surprisingly delicious. The bacon was thick and crunchy. The bread was too. The fries are good — thinner and crunchier than fries at a place like The Works. Service was fine. They are actually closed on Mondays! This was a Christmas lunch with my coworkers. I would go back but probably won’t be able to find anybody to go with me in the next few months.
