this is mainly a review of the pharmacy. they agreed to give me two dasettes at a time, which is quite kind! today because they knew I was taking a lot of a certain kind of drug, they put a, may cause drowsyiness sticker on.. the floor staff may not be Wonderful. but service with a smile at pharmacy.

I go here when I need to pick up a prescription, but otherwise I try to avoid it. There is a Shoppers further up on Royal York that has better deals and much nicer staff. The employees at the pharmacy here have never been friendly or warm to me, not to mention the other patrons in here tend to say snarky comments or just generally display a rude attitude to other customers. I don’t know why exactly, but this has been my experience more than a few times. I recommend calling ahead if you want a prescription filled, otherwise you will be waiting 30+ minutes, and to go to the Shoppers at Royal York and Kingsway for all other purchases(much better sales at that location).

The pharmacists at this Shoppers can use a workshop on customer service. The 3 women working the counter were very cold. Not only to me, but everyone that was waiting to drop off or pick up prescriptions. They didn’t smile once, very stone faced. Very disappointing. Smh

The store has a pretty large beauty area considering the size of the store. Other than that it’s the standard HABA selection, pharmacy, and their pretty light on the grocery side. There’s a couple of entrances/exits so you can get into the store from a couple of angles. February Food-Free Unilocaling Challenge 4⁄29

This is an older no frills store that carries not much in the way of cosmetics and hair products. I literally only suggest going here if you are looking for some painkillers(or in my case some cough medicine). I hate their weekend hours…
