This store tries to pull a fast one again. and FAILED again. The fiancée of my buddy recently visited and asked about an omega seamaster 300m and the person she talked to initially said«no discount», then moved up to no tax(13% discount) She called me and I got her a better deal at the same retailer where I got mine. Another customer lost for this store …

I purchased an extended warranty from them for $ 200 while buying a Raymond Weil watch. After my watch had an issue with the faceplate(that«coincidentally» came up right after European Jewellery sent the watch for refinishing), European Jewellery refused to honour the warranty and demanded that I pay $ 700, claiming that I had somehow caused the damage. My watch is otherwise in pristine condition without even as much as scratch on it, so that is an absurd suggestion. After 3 months without my watch, they have refused to budge. I asked for them to either honour the warranty or refund the money since I paid for a service that they clearly had no intention of delivering. Needless to say, I will never make the mistake of buying anything from European Jewellery again.

Their customer service is awful!!! Went there on the weekend, and asked to see one of the more expensive watches in their display. The SA eyed us up and down(we were wearing t shirt and jeans… if that makes a difference) and said people usually think those watches only cost a few hundreds, but they actually cost thousands and refused to take it out of the display to show us! Then she added by saying«I’m sure one day you will be able to buy it.» I mean the way she said all those comments was with a smile, which I don’t know if that was making it better or worse. But we both feel deeply offended by that kind of service!

My S. O and I were celebrating a special occasion recently, and he wanted to get me the Pandora charm bracelet I had been eyeing in order to commemorate said special occasion. We were in the area, and he had seen on the Pandora website that this store carries their collection, so we decided to come here. We walked in and headed straight to the display case with Pandora stuff. Their selection was rather limited, but there was still enough to choose from. We were eyeing the display for a while before a gentleman approached us and asked us if we needed any help. We told him what we were looking and he continued on to help me try on a bracelet and choose some charms. Though their selection was limited, we were still able to find a couple of charms that we really liked. He then showed us to the cash out. Though the service was efficient, it wasn’t particularly warm or friendly. In fact, the guy who helped us cash out was rather indifferent. I don’t think I’ll be returning here to purchase any more charms. I rather go to the actual Pandora stores at either Yorkdale or Steeles.
