Should be zero stars. Got this «deal» from livingsocial. First, all you get is a voicemail. You have no other resort except to email. They coordinate last minute. The technician said he’d arrive at 830am but came by 9. He went tto gethis equipment. 40 minutes later, he calls to say he cannot find parking. He goes on to complain that this is why he hates doing apartments. I told him that if he called sooner, I could have helped figure out options. He then starts complaining about the concierge, about livingsocial, about apartments and such. It got heated and he was raising his voice. I asked for a refund and he said he didn’t owe me any service or should give me any refund because I paid livingsocial and not them. He slams down the phone. I call their office to complain and lo and behold… all I got was voicemail. I have not heard back at all. Not surprised. That’s the level of «professionalism» you can expect from them. Beware and avoid the headache. Not worth any deal at all. They have several similar reviews in other sites. They’ve scammed alot of people. Find other companies to deal with.
