Our experience at this location was pretty reasonable. While we had some issues with the reservation (mostly issues with the call centre on the phone) these were later rectified by staff on Twitter. The actual staff at this location and the location itself was actually quite as expected.

I reserved a 6’x12’ open trailer without a ramp at this location to pick up on a Friday at 7 a.m. I got there a few minutes before 7 and there were already two people ahead of me picking up trailers. There was only one manager there and no other staff, apparently because they had all been fired several weeks ago and nobody new had been hired yet.
After waiting 20 minutes for the first customer to be helped, I decided to peek around the lot to see if my trailer was there and I didn’t see it. I quickly interrupted the manager and asked if there was the specific trailer I had asked for somewhere on site. She told me she had never seen such trailers without ramps. So why did they reserve me one in the first place?
She was very friendly, but obviously overworked and likely underpaid. It made me realize how much of a poorly run company this is.
