This second cup is by far the best managed and most effective at tending to customers satisfaction I’ve seen yet. The espresso machine was temporarily down for a few minutes so in return the young lady taking my order upgraded my latte one size bigger for no additional cost. Although that may seem small it sure is a nice gesture. I highly recommend coming to this cozy little nook just off 75th street.

Oh the lack of customer service is in abundance lately.
I visited this Second Cup on Friday to get a Frozen Hot Chocolate for my drive to Kingsway Mall. The girl working the drive thru just said an abrupt simple «Go Ahead» when I pulled up to order. No «Welcome to Second Cup» or «What can I get you?». When I ordered, I just got a simple «Drive ahead». No total, no thank you, just «Drive Ahead».
When I got to the window she gave me my drink before I paid. Now if I were a complete jerk, I could have drove off. I nicely paid for my drink and said thank you. What did I get from her? No thank you or have a nice day.
I like Second Cup, however I like customer service and manners much more.

I’ve been coming to this second cup off and on for over 10 years now. I love second cup coffee and lattes. The staff here has always been very nice and friendly. There is lots of comfy seating and free wifi. This place is always bustling and it’s obviously a great place for neighborhood friends.

Well managed, with helpful efficient staff. Drive in and drive through are as fast as any Second Cup I’ve tried.
The interior, while pleasant, can feel overly cosy when full. Which it often is.

Quick service, friendly happy staff. They really know how to make coffee and they clean the main part of the restaurant and bathrooms very well.
They really need to clean the wires overhead and there is a big blast of dust on one of the windows near a vent.

This second cup is great just like many of their other locations. It probably has the most comfortable seating with lots of comfy chairs, compared to some other locations. It’s fairly small and cozy, staff are friendly and really efficient with orders.
I enjoy coming here as the location is great, lots of parking in a private lot, a drive thru and it’s clean. There’s also free wifi.

Ever bustling with business, this Capilano-​area Second Cup is the only decent coffee place in the neighbourhood. Indeed, Capilano-​Gold Bar is sadly devoid of interesting restaurants/​cafes that are not fast food… but I digress. I’ve only had good experiences here. The coffee is fresh, the service is friendly, and the baking (sourced from Bee Bell) is ever-​delicious. One point of contention: it seems as though every chair in the place is wobbly. Not so good if you’re trying to spill…

This is the absolute best Second Cup in Edmonton. I am a HUGE Second Cup Moccachino addict (ask my friends and family). I go to various locations in Edmonton (and occasionally Western Canada) on a regular basis, but this is always my favorite one to return to (like a second home for me). They actually know my name.
Though this location is always packed, the customer service is unparalleled anywhere else in the city (or outside of the city, for that matter). If you like your specialty coffees and a friendly atmosphere, you’ll love this Second Cup. Bring your friends to catch up or go alone and enjoy access to the free WiFi connection they offer.
