PF Custom Countertops

I called PF Custom Countertops based on the suggestion of a colleague. At school, our classroom has hexagonal tables (2 of them make a hexagon) and they needed refurbishing. We had originally considered to get new tables, but the price and the availability made this option impossible.
I wrote to this company and they promptly wrote me back. I sent them a photo and some measurements and within a week we had one of their associates emailing me back to make an appointment to come to school (after 4pm) to confirm and take precise measurements :-) From this point, they wrote us back with a quote which was more than fair for new table tops. One of our Board Members went in to confirm the colours (we are an Italian language school so we chose red, green and white :-)) and they were more than glad to assist us in finding the right shades. Once all was confirmed, we had our table tops installed TODAY :-) This because, though they normally do installations only during the week. They were able to accomodate our school schedule and come in today at 9am. Timely and efficient, the gentleman that came to do the work was really nice and done by 10:30ish. He asked if we needed the old tabletops and if not was ready to take them away at no extra cost. He even remarked that what we ordered for our school was something the shop was glad to do since it was so «unique» an order :-)
In light of how easy it was to contact people at this company and have them follow through in good time was one of the best experiences to have, especially since it has to do with our classroom and needing the tabletops to ring in the New Year! From Mr. Holzapfel, to Gary, to Vira and Stacey who found the installer who was good to come in today :-) THANK YOU!
