The staff at Nippon travel went above and beyond in the information they provided me. I went in to purchase a rail pass for Japan and left with that, plus an armful of maps, guides, and helpful information. Service was friendly and efficient, I would certainly use them again.
Make sure to call before you go to make sure someone is there, you can make an appointment if you want as well.
