We called ARO to fix a leaky faucet. I raced home when my wife texted me — the guy was trying to up-sell 2 water heaters($ 4500) and a new faucet($ 1000). By the time I got home he had already started to replace the two shut-off valves under the sink($ 290) and pulled the faucet apart($ 195 for diagnosis). My wife later called to politely inquire re: job/labour rates; when customer service realized she didn’t want to book a plumber, they hung up on her. ARO was called to fix a leaky faucet and charged me $ 500 leaving me with no running water in the kitchen. Awful!
