Love this place. Great staff, very friendly, great prices, beautifully decorated. Overall amazing atmosphere and services.

I first went to Life Stiles because it was very close to my office. That was five years ago and I no longer work downtown. I have had many of the spa services by almost all the staff and have never been disappointed. I love the quiet atmosphere, the calming scents of the products and the professional manner of all the staff. I’ve been to many different spas, but none have come close to Life Stiles.

Nichole gave me a message here yesterday to work on my sore back. She was very professional and externally knowledgable. She knew exactly where and how to message my back to work out the knots.
This morning my back feels much better and most of the pain is gone. Amazing. One of the best messages I’ve ever had and I’ve been to probably 5 or so places.
The spa is fully of very friendly people, Décor is lovely and the whole atmosphere is just relaxing.
I will definitely go again.

I just had to update my review with another rave! This time I got a massage from Amanda, and it was amazing! I only got a 40-​minute massage and have some tension in my back, so that’s where the massage was focused. I will definitely be back in the future and maybe try a hot-​stone massage next time, or the add-​on. What I love about this place is you can add on services to their regular massages!
And, as always, the staff are so sweet and make you feel right at home.
I love that this place is only a few blocks from my apartment. :-D

Great spa. I go there when I want to treat myself. I see Amanda for massages — she’s amazing. Also had my first manicure and pedicure there. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. It has a wonderful ambiance too — you won’t want to leave. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself this holiday season.

I truly enjoy going to Lifestiles. It is so tranquil & peaceful and allows me to destress. It is a quieter environment than some spas I have visited. I go on a regular basis to see Ashima for a royal pedicure. For me it is not just about the polish at the end but about the treatment and relaxation that this allows me. Ashima is always very professional, caring & nurturing. I appreciate that Ashima will educate me on products & services available but never pushes or does the hard sell. All of the staff are friendly & welcoming.

Today was my 3^rd visit to Life Stiles (
).
They offer chiropractic treatments and spa treatments such as massage and laser hair removal.
The building itself is kept immaculately clean and the staff have always been über friendly and professional.
I originally purchased a Living Social (think Groupon) deal over a year ago for laser hair removal. I found out shortly after that I was pregnant and was unable to use the voucher. The laser technician, Jillian, offered for me to return after I had my baby and advised that they would extend the expiry date.
Since having my baby 9 months ago, I have come for 2 session, with Jillian, who has been an absolute pleasure. I was definitely a little nervous, to say the least, that I may be treated differently because of my voucher but that has not been the case.
They have free parking spaces in the back (so don’t pay at a meter on 124^th street) and a basket of sandals to slip on when you come through the door.
You will walk through the Chiropractic area filled with modern items like stability balls and a trampoline. The décor is gorgeous and quite tranquil!
The owner, Dr. Greg Stiles, is a chiropractor and I have run into him several times — and is he is as charming as he is handsome. I have overhead him working with patients and he has an amazingly calm and gentle demeanour. Even Jillian, the laser technician I see, has only had wonderful things to say about working for him.
In fact, when I consider chiropractic treatments in the future I will start with Mr. Stiles!
I also appreciate that they sell items that are health conscious — nail polishes free of dbp, formaldehyde and toluene. The also carry the Juice Plus line of greens and fruits that is supported by Dr. William Sears (
) — MY FAVORITE go to doctor and website for all things natural and parenting! They carry a few of his books here and I also was able to check out one of his DVDs to borrow for free!
Upon arrival, I am always offered complimentary tea (and they have quite a selection) or chilled water. They have apples and snacks in their tranquil seating area that also boasts a fireplace.

I’ve also picked up some goodies from their clearance bin for my toddler (nail polish free of all that junk I mentioned above) and some high end make up items for myself.

I really cannot say enough about the overall atmosphere of this place! I feel very fortunate to have tried them on a Living Social voucher and I definitely see myself continuing to utilize their services!
So this is a rarity for me, but I’m giving them 5 stars! I’m not quite sure how I’d rate them for ALL of their services but my experience so far could not have been any better! (And a 5 star experience on my 3^rd visit on a Living Social voucher — we all know how those experiences sometimes turn out!)

I asked a friend where would be a good place for a massage and she let me know that she went to Life Stiles so I decided to try it. I booked an hour long relaxation massage. When I arrived, I took off my shoes and was given slippers. I was seated in that waiting area where I could choose from a variety of magazines and they provided me with water with lemon.
I didn’t wait long before the masseuse arrived. I was shown the room which included a little change room area. I was left for a few minutes to remove my clothes and lay on the massage table. There was soft music playing and the lights were dim to create an atmosphere where one could relax. The massage itself was relaxing and calming and sometimes I tried not to fall asleep.
The one thing I didn’t like was that the masseuse did not ask me if I was comfortable with massaging my lower back but I should also have mentioned it at the beginning.
I shouldn’t have booked a massage in between the workday as I went back feeling all oily. I did receive a bag of bath salts when I left so I could enjoy more relaxation in the comfort of my own home and bath tub. There are many places to get a massage and I’m not sure this is the best place to go.
