HHS Contracting

We have contracted HHS Contracting for our commercial snow removal services this year after using a few other services in the city. We have had terrible luck finding a company that will communicate with us when we have concerns or adjustments to our service, especially considering how expensive they have been for plowing.
We came across HHS online and decided to give them a try. They were by far the most professional company, coming into our office to meet us and take a look at the property before giving us a quote, and once we did get the quote we were shocked to see that their pricing was much more competitive than our previous vendors.
I have been continually impressed by the personalized service we have received, and staff have mentioned that we have never had the parking lot look this good in winter. We are now considering having HHS handle our other seasonal needs as well as they seem to care more about the quality of work than the others we have used. I was also shocked to read the other reviews on this page because we have had no problems whatsoever with them, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Highly recommended!

Lots of talk but ‘slow’ with the action! I realize when there is lots of snow in a big dump it bogs things down. However they say they will get it done in 12 hours or less after it quits snowing but in the same breath say they will come repeatedly when there its a big snowfall. Even when its only a couple of couple of cm they don’t show up within 12 hours! Way to slow to respond. Plus they don’t do windrows in front of your driveway left by the city plows. Like duh… whats the point of having the driveway shoveled but you still can’t get out!
When they do come the job is done well. Two stars for that.
