STAY AWAY.
Dont waste your money. don’t even think about phoning them to say there is something wrong the secretary usually answers and gives you a ride response then she sends the phone to the helm brothers and they talk to you like your an idiot. Nothing ever gets done here and the construction men walk into your building without a knock and always leave huge messes and damage.

UPDATE on Helm Property Management — They somehow messed up and have not been taking money out of my account for condo fees and parking fees, and now they are billing me a large sum for what I presumably owe them! This is ridiculous! Right around the time of property taxes, they’re asking me to gift them MORE money for their screw up.
PLEASE, I beg of you, if you are looking at buying a condo managed by HELM, THINK AGAIN.
I hope people see this so they can avoid the millions of problems caused by this awful company.
