Glow Juicery

As a health conscious person, what I feed my body with is important to me and Glow Juicery makes it quick and easy for me to nourish my body with a healthy juice, delicious salad or hearty soup. I read the previous reviews and disagree completely. I’ve always had exceptional service; the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. For those scoffing at the price of a juice… I take it you’ve never juiced at home before? I have a high quality juicer at home and the amount of produce you have to put into the juicer in order to get an ounce of juice is astonishing. Glow Juicery sells 473ml bottles of juice… there is A LOT of produce that has been juiced to go into that one bottle, plus I don’t have to clean up the mess. I love Glow for its healthy convenience! I highly recommend the ener-​g-​glow juice; the borsht soup; the beet butternut squash salad and the pumpkin spiced soaked oats. I’ve tried all the juices and they are equally amazing.

I am passionate about HEALTH! However the juices are NOT ORGANIC! That defeats the purpose to pay premium prices for substandard juiced produce, when all the chemicals are in with your ”fresh juice” And these harmful chemicals are now in a form which is actually MORE readily absorbed by your digestive system. NOT what I would consider «HEALTHY». I have found 2 great alternatives in a healthy juice bar in Edmonton. Both are organic juice and have better flavors, service, and knowledge of the product. Other juice bar employees have actually been able to explain to me the benefits of individual juices and cleanses. I have fully switched my loyalty to these other juice bars. I will not be visiting Glow EVER AGAIN!

Had some time before my barre class and walked over to the counter. Server was extremely friendly providing background knowledge on the business and explaining the concept. Reasonably priced for different options. Trialled a few of the juices and each had its own unique but yummy taste :). They also started providing breakfast bars and features chocolate from Jacek. Who doesn’t like to work out and still have their chocolate! Good to try but should be kept in mind for health conscious– not an alternative to food but should be incorporated in to healthy meals and lifestyle :)

This juice is quite delicious! I love the fact that there are multiple different kinds of green juice — most businesses only offer one or two. I tried this as part of a Unilocal Fit Club event and while I’m unlikely to visit it often due in part to the location, I like the fact that the juices are really quite delicious. I adored the samples we tried. While it might be a bit pricey, I could see it as being a good after workout treat if one had just done a workout at Barre Body Studio Edmonton which is attached.
My rating would be higher if the juice were a bit more affordable and/​or if the staff seemed to be paying a bit more attention when slicing fruit (I was concerned that the sticker from an apple could accidentally end up in a juice given the way it was removed — but maybe they were overwhelmed by the size of our group and this might have been a one-​time observation?), but the staff were pretty friendly and as I said before the juice was quite delicious.

Healthy, natural juices that actually taste lovely and have Heath benefits. Yes please. I got to sample a number of them after the Unilocal fit activities I attended. Very refreshing after a good workout.

I just sampled several of the juices at Glow Juicery while at a Fit Club event at Barre Body Studio (which is connected). My favourite was the Citrus Glow which has a strong orange flavour with hints of ginger. I also enjoyed the Vitamin G juice. Earthy Glow and After Glow are definitely for those who want to «taste» their vegetables as they have potent tastes of beet and kale, respectively. You can buy a bottle for $ 8, or they have multi-​day juice cleanse packages.

Love ‘em all but the Citrus Glow is my absolute fave! The fresh ginger pairs perfectly to give it a kick!
Pick up a bottle (easily big enough for 2 servings) for just over $ 8 or do a multi day pack for a discount!

Well I can not complain about the juice… it is great… however the service can certainly improve… plus 8 dollars is a bit too much for a bottle… also there website say its organic… however when i asked at the shop i was told that only two of their vegetables are organic… the rest are non organic…

Had my first encounter with Glow Juicery when I participated in a Unilocal Fit Club event at Barre Body studio. They had samples of every juice and I instantly fell in love! I highly recommend these juices after a workout, nothing quenches my thirst more than the citrus glow juice! I love that they provide customers with a list of every ingredient so I know exactly what I am drinking!

I loooooove Glow Juciery! I stop by at least 3 times a month, whether it’s to run in and grab a quick glow, or for a business meeting over juice — sometimes juice works better than a cocktail! Whenever I’ve been in I’ve always by been greeted by super friendly staff that seemed to absolutely love standing behind a tiny counter chopping fruits and veggies all day. If you’re not feeling well, have a hangover, trying to slim down, just let them know they can recommend the perfect juice for you. My favorite is probably the citrus and ginger along with the beet. Although there is one of the two green ones that I really really like — but I can never remember which one it is… While I am by no means a health food/​healthy eating type of gal, (I mean, come on now, I am the Unilocal Community Manager, eating is just part of the job!), I do enjoy the health benefits of a good juice. And yes, while it is a little pricey ($ 8 a juice) I find that one juice lasts me 2 – 3 days because I only have half or a third of it then put it in the fridge for the next day — they are very concentrated. So go on Edmonton, get your Glow on!

Marnie and her team at both locations, are absolutely wonderful! The fresh juices are amazing and come in different blends and varieties! Glow Juicery is a locally owned company that supports locally owned businesses, which is a big plus in my world :)
The staff’s due care and great service has always been top notch! They are well informed of the products and ingredients!

I tried the place for the first time with my husband yesterday. But I was really disappointed for two reasons;
1) Poor customer service — the staff was very unfriendly. The first thing she said was, «What do you want?». We were like…“ah… We are here for some juice.” She responded by saying, «Here is the menu.» She seemed occupied with her iPhone rather serving us. The whole interaction with the staff was unpleasant.
2) The juice was tasty but I’m not sure if it’s worthwhile paying $ 8 for a bottle.
