This salon is clean, comfortable and modern. The staff are friendly and efficient. Beverages are offered and coats are stored immediately upon arrival. The music and conversation are at a suitable volume and the salon will appeal to clients of all ages.
Anna gives fantastic service and energetic conversation! She is knowledgable in her craft and is always learning to remain current in her practice. I appreciate her guidance in making decisions about colour, style and length — she doesn’t just ask me how much I want cut off, she asks questions to make sure she understands my needs and initiates a conversation to ensure that the finished product will be just what I want. The finished result always moves well, looks amazing, and is a style that I can replicate.
I recommend Anna and Fresh and Co whole-heartedly.

My wife went there for hair colour. Paid a lot. She didn’t get what she was asking for. When she complained to the owner/manager, she was offered to go back and get it done for free. When she went to the salon she was treated very poorly by Krista who refused to make things right.

I went to the Windermere location. It was my first time as well as it just opened not long ago. The salon is nice and clean, has modern feel. Victoria cut my hair. I like how she asked questions before she started shampooing. She took her time to make sure I am happy with my hair cut. A good hour is what you need for a good hair cut. I will come back next time when I need a hair cut!
It is also very nice it is within walking distance and next to Starbucks! Who can resist a day filled with fresh hair cut and a nice chilled frappuccino in a summer day? My goodness, I can’t wait!

This was the first time I’ve been to this salon. Krista was knowledgeable about the cut and color I wanted, I didn’t have a color booked but she was able to accommodate me which I very much appreciated. She told me all about the Kerastase product which sounds amazing. I really felt a sense of quality in the salon from the staff, product and customer service. I would say it was the best salon experience I’ve had.
