I won a facial here and have since been back for more facials, and one massage. I have bought a couple Groupons for this spa and have always been treated as a full paying client(I make sure I tip at full cost). I will continue to return because they are great. I have only ever had great appointments here. Cara is the girl I see, and she is so good at her job! I 100% love AVEDA products, and am happy that this spa uses them. I always leave feeling so relaxed.

I had a relaxing and enjoyable facial here today. The aesthetician, Lacey, was polite, knowledgable and really fun to deal with. The spa shares space with a barber shop but it’s not noticeable since the partition walls are effective at keeping the spaces separate. The only thing I noticed was that the music or bass rather, from Gold’s Gym can be heard over the spa music from time to time but only if you really listen. The facial itself was great. It started with a foot soak and scrub — which I’ve never had seen included in a facial. Lacey asked me skin issues I had then proceeded to select products to address those needs. She was knowledgable about the products and explained them all to me without being pushy at all. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I would definitely come back for more treatments.

Interesting spa, replacing a former spa location(and hiring at least one former employee). Attended with a recent Groupon, given by a bff for my birthday gift. The decorations and fixtures were most immaculate. Relaxation massages are NOT done by RMTP($ 65 vs $ 85/hr for RMTP). I quite enjoyed my massage with Lacey, as she focused on my upper body as requested(not a fan of my thighs or even calves being massaged). The coconut based oils were wonderful and had an invigorating mint smell to them. Largely a knuckle-based massage in which my arms were the focus(unusual for an upper body, but quite enjoyable nonetheless). Rooms are on the cold side(and this is from someone who doesn’t chill easily and has a high body temperature). A wonderful finish to the massage was having warm towels being applied to my back to soak up any residual oil as well as having dry towels applied and being patted dry. I’ve never had this done during a massage before and would recommend every spa do so(though coconut oil has a high saturation rate into the pores, one often doesn’t wish to have one’s clothes plastered to the skin for the rest of the day). The music that is pumped into the rooms is not the most relaxing either(hence 4⁄5 vs 5⁄5). The GM, Sarah is extremely polite and customer service-oriented, not pushing Aveda(despite a merchandising contract with them) products on you before or after your visit. The spa offers a range and full line of the typical aesthetic procedures: manicures, pedicures, waxing, eyelash tinting, eyebrow threading, etc. No laser hair removal at this location.
