Giving 1 star is being generous. Very unprofessional environment. Twice in a row we rented utility trailers from here and both times we were given damaged trailers. Both times were safety issues. when I was stranded on the highway they would not return my call. Leaving me to make a decision to get help from a towing company. When I went in to deal with the tow they called me a liar and said it was my fault their tire fell off and refused to cover the cost of the tow.
They take zero responsibilities whatsoever and are only out to get your money.
