I always use this service when I travel in winter. Maybe I’m a princess but nothing makes me happier to know that after hours and hours and hours of travelling, I will come to a car that is not snowed in and ice cold.
The staff is always charming and extremely helpful, regardless how early or late you show up.

Zero customer service (try finding a phone number on line that reaches a person… go ahead… it’s impossible) and deceptive, two-faced pricing. Lying managers who call you names when you ask a question about their lies. It’s all just too much to take if you’re a self-respecting person. I’ll pay a few extra dollars and support a company that actually gives a damn about allowing customers to contact them with concerns.
Shocking that this situation exists in 2015.
