I went snowboarding on Sunday for the first time in about two years and I had the foresight to stretch my lower body afterwards but neglected my upper body so by Monday I was pretty sore from the shoulders up, which prompted me to seek Mike’s help. He was excellent! He was very gentle and I had instant relief when we were done, my headache was almost completely gone and my neck was feeling much better. Three days later I’m still feeling great, thanks Mike!

Excellent care and very knowledgeable. If you have any injuries are are suffering from any kind of physical issues, this is the place to go to fix them! They are my go-​to for any issues that I have. Thank you for all your great work over the years!

I was in major pain and I had enough. Thinking I had Plantar Fasciitis, I found Well & Able through a friend’s recommendation. Luckily due to a cancellation, I was able to get a spot the next day.
I met with Michael, a RMT and co-​owner of Well & Able. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We went over my health history and he asked me questions to make sure I fully benefited from the treatment. Michael spent the time watching me walk, discussing my pain and how I can help myself in the future. He definitely took the time to really address my issues. I left feeling like I had been fully treated. 2 days later the major pain was gone and after 4 days I barely noticed the pain.
I highly recommend this knowledgeable, pleasant, professional RMT to anyone.
