Living in a condo means not having to take care of things like garbage pickup, snow removal and all those things that go bump in the night. At least it’s supposed to be that way. Unfortunately, more often than not, it’s always more complicated, and more of an issue than you’d like.
Unless of course you live in a property managed by Tony and his crew at Podium Property Management. They are awesome! We’ve had furnace malfunctions and flooding in the basement from heavy rains and yet, everything is fixed in no time flat. A phone message is responded to within 5 minutes — and usually faster than that.
Check out who manages your condo/​apartment building… if it’s not Podium, it should be.
