This rental place has a bad habit of giving away the vehicle that you have reserved and leaving you high and dry.
A few months ago we had booked a car for our vacation only to find out at the last second that our vehicle had been rented to someone else. They said they were waiting for more vehicles to arrive but had nothing for us. They would not even compromise whatsoever with renting us the vehicles they did have on the lot. They didn’t call us back with a car until 4pm. By then we had missed our flight, lost the majority of our first day off by waiting and had to completely reschedule our entire vacation. We ended up making other arrangements to get to the airport because of our poor customer service experience.
If you can, I would suggest renting from another company like Discount, Budget or National. Don’t take a chance with your plans!
