This place is the worst. Rudest front desk staff, doctors who don’t care and won’t let you ask more than 2 questions, long waits for appointments that end up lasting 5 minutes… Last summer I received a letter from Dr. Nasseri saying that she was dropping me as a patient, because their office is too busy. Umm, wtf? A+ care, right there. I’ve been trying to get my records faxed to my new specialist for TWOMONTHS now, and the front desk staff has straight-up lied to me saying that they have faxed the files when they have not.

Dr Nasseri started out so patient and caring in the beginning. As the«spa» portion of the business started to rise her patient care fell. She became short and curt. For my(last) yearly visit she ended up walking out and slamming the door. Talk about uncomfortable! The issue was I asked a few questions while she was typing in her notes. She impatiently told me that all questions need to be on the white board at the start of the appt. Confused for a moment I realized what had happened. Explained to her that the location of the white board is right where all the items for my exam had been laid out. In my opinion who ever did the set up should have been more aware that they were concealing her precious white board. But, in my little paper sheet on the exam table I was made to feel like I had committed a crime. Further humiliated by Dr. Nasseri slamming the door as she stormed out of the exam room. I can only guess she didn’t want to be corrected that it wasn’t my oversight? Dr’s can be hard to find but she isn’t worth the rudeness and lack of professionalism. It’s a shame that someone who was once caring and eager has become so irritable. In addition you have to drop your own smear off at the lab. And there is no lab in the building so nearest Med-ray? Won’t be back.
