Location: Inside Vaughn Mills Shopping Center.(South west side, near Forever XXI and Holt Renfrew Last Call) Quality and Price: Despite the«non-sale» pricing of the sale shoes, I occasionally hit a good find at this Town Shoes Outlet location. However, the sale prices are a joke. Nothing here is really a sale. A pair of super worn booties were labelled 50% off, only for me to find the $ 200 price tag. It certainly didn’t even look worthy of $ 50. Service: Atrocious. I’ve purchased from this location a few times and every single time the SA couldn’t wait to duck away. When I have a question, they are no where to be found. Ask for a size? They take forever. Thinking about purchasing? Am told that they are final sale and asked if I am sure. What? You don’t want a sale? I was very interested in a pair of Calvin Klein booties the other day, but noticed scuff marks on the toebox. I asked them what they can do for me about price, the SA whisked it away and brought it back to me «There, I buffed and shined it.» basically tossed it into my arms before rushing off before I could answer. The scuffs were still clearly visable Really now? I routinely buy Christian Louboutins and other designer goods, however, none of that matters if you walk into the store wearing winter boots apparently. Overall: Whoever runs this store or is financially responsible for this location really needs to have their entire staff re-trained, re-evaluated or re-hired. It is a busy location that requires finesse and charisma in their Sales Associates. No doubt they are losing money and customers. I always pop by head in to see if there are any good work-horse shoes for my day to day life, however, I make a note to purchase those shoes at different locations in order to avoid the terrible service from this place.
