I’ve had both a 2008 MacBook Pro and a 2007 iMac worked on at this shop. I had excellent, efficient and affordable work done. Both machines are running like brand new again. I dropped the machines off, he checked them out, confirmed what the problem was and then consulted me with a quote on time and cost before proceeding. With one machine it cost less and took less time than expected and with the other, the quote was exactly what he originally gave me. He had a great sense of humour and put me at ease even though I was ready to swallow my tongue in fear over having to replace my laptop. I’ll happily use his services again — although really, I hope I never have to.

I found this one man shop to provide incompetent work. There were multiple issues and questionable parts used for a repair of a Macbook Pro. Had to go back 4 times, issues still not resolved; Finally gave up on this guy and took to the Apple store in Halifax, they had to replace the parts used and re-​do the repair.
Do not use this guy. Drive the extra time to the Apple Store the first time, it will save you time and frustration in the end.
