Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Went for dinner tonight. The menu has been revamped and looks trendier.
I got the chicken wings for the first time and they were pretty good. Had both honey garlic and medium. Medium is definitely thick, not a buffalo medium. Also, for a company specializing in chicken, the size was ridiculous. Really small.
Otherwise, pretty good. Good, attentive service.

In store the food and service is great! Delivery is another story. When the food finally gets to you its lukewarm and soggy. The staff taking the delivery order are rude. I’ll dine in again, i wouldn’t even try delivery again.

In terms of service, our server was very nice and quick to take our orders.
The food however, took a little too long to come, and when it got to our table, the chicken and potatoes weren’t freshly hot. I guess I understand that they were busy on a Saturday night. It was still very tasty at least… maybe because I was starving, hahaha.
The one thing I don’t like is how close the tables are in the middle of the restaurant. I could hardly pull my chair back to sit for fear of hitting the person behind me. It also doesn’t feel like there’s very much room on the table, so I felt kind of claustrophobic, but at least our server was kind enough to clear our already-​finished dishes so the table wasn’t so full.
My experience here was meh. I feel like it could have been better if we were placed at a table with a decent amount of arm and leg space, and if the place didn’t seem understaffed. Our waitress seemed to be really busy and it seemed like she had a lot of tables to take care of, which could have been why our food didn’t get here as soon as it should have. I understand how busy waiting tables can get, so I’m not going to hold it against her.
Needless to say, my experience wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t come here again. Maybe I’ll try this place out on a weekday or at lunch since the food was very good!

The best food I have ever had at this chain. The sauce was thick, the food hit and not overdone and the fries were wonderful. Strongly recommend this place.

Hey its swiss chalet — if you’ve eaten at one you’ve eaten at this one. Good fast service of hot food — can’t go wrong

This new Swiss Chalet restaurant has now replaced the one next door (the old Swiss Chalet has been replaced with a Milestones). My wife and I love Swiss Chalet and have always enjoyed their chicken and ribs. This new location is great and is a great update from the old location… the service is still great and the staff is always ready to help!
