Double Double Pizza and Chicken

Well that was a bust.
They’re cheap, I’ll give them that. Unfortunately, there’s not much else going for them.
I decided to give Double Double a try tonight after one of their flyers found its way to my mailbox this week. A pizza, some wings, doughnut holes, and a couple pop for $ 20. That’s a hell of a deal.
Well, we put the order in at 7p. The pizza rolled in at 8:20. My wife had picked up the phone and started dialing to say, ‘no thanks, we’ll just go pick up some Dominos’ when the delivery guy pulled into our driveway. For reference, the place is ~3km away, and approximately a 7 minute drive according to Google, and there’s little to no traffic at this time of night.
The pizza was very meh (probably would have tasted worse if I wasn’t so hungry by this point). Asked for extra sauce, didn’t get it. Skimped on the other toppings. Got our pop order wrong.
The wings were decent. The doughnut holes were also decent. Definitely won’t order from there again, though.
